When I installed my Laptop with Vista RTM, I decided to do a fresh install. For this I downloaded all the bits from the several places I could think of. I also installed Netmon 3 from connect. Tried running it with UAC and it worked. Nothing triggered me that something had changed until i read this post:

No I do not read Chech but the URL gave it away. so i went and checked: I DO have the final already. I wanted this to share with you guys. especially with Vista and UAC. This is the tool to have (OK you could still use good old Ethereal with UAC as well)
For those who are on Connect: this is the place to get it. (for every other reader: Get into connect. It is THE place to be.
