OOMouse - More buttons for Open Office

A super mouse optimized for the use of Open-Office applications has been announced.  This programmable mouse has 512K Memory  on board and an astonishing amount of 18! buttons.

If this evolution continues, will the difference between mouse and keyboard disappear in the future?

How would that compare to the zero button (but multi-touch) mouse from Apple?

Take cover! The next wave of RSI is headed your way!

Seriously: I don't think that this is the way forward. Touch is. And beter UI design too. Even Blender (www.blender.org) is getting better. The less mouse you need in an Office Application the better.
