Wow, quite a nice 'donation to the Sharepoint Community' from Lars Fastrup (Ontolica):
It's a user-friendly installer which you can use to deploy your Sharepoint 2007 solution on the farm. (Instead of just e-mailing a .wsp package to a system administrator telling him to 'just use stsadm...blah blah blah' ) :-)
