Windows Server 2008 Core

In Windows Server 2008 core edition we do not have a GUI anymore. Only a command prompt, (oh and by the way, for those who did not know this yet, no powershell)

Here is a list of "(window based) Tools" still available in server core (it is not meant as a complete list, but just a list of the things I fount, so feel free to add items to the list by commenting to this item.

  • Regedt32/regedit
  • msinfo32
  • notepad
  • syskey
  • sysprep
