Community Server Gallery Plugin for Windows Live Writer

Description
===========
This plugin for Windows Live Writer allows you to add images from
Community Server Galleries to your posts. It also allows the uploading
of pictures.

Extra information on this version
=================================
When you overwrite a 1.0 or 1.1 version of the plugin with
this version you will have to re-enter your password at Tools | Preferences... | Plugins.
From this version on the passwords will be stored encrypted.

Installation
============
Run setup.exe (it will check for .NET 2.0 and Windows Live Writer)
Restart Windows Live Writer
Choose Tools | Preferences...
Select Plugins
Select Community Server Gallery Plugin
Plugin details should state that the plugin is Enabled
Click Options
Enter the gallery url e.g.: http://<site>/photos/galleryservice.asmx
Enter the username and password of the Community Server account that has access to a gallery
Optionally: on the Proxy Server tab page configure the proxy server when accessing from
behind a fire wall
Click Ok
Click Ok

Usage
=====
Adding a picture
----------------
Select Picture from Community Server Gallery... from the Insert menu or
Select Insert Picture from CS Gallery... from the Sidebar
Optionally: Select Upload Picture to upload a picture to the gallery
Select a Gallery
Select an album
Select a picture
Click Ok to insert

Modify the picture in the post
------------------------------
Select the picture in the post
Resize the picture by dragging the handles with the mouse
Replace the picture by an other picture by selecting a picture from the sidebar and
selecting Update Image
Select the various formatting options from the Format panel

Known bugs
==========
Although you can select tags/categories/albums during the uploading of a picture
the tags are not added to the picture so the picture will show up in the Albums album.
This is due to Community Server and will hopefully be fixed in a coming release.
