I have tried to install the web part on MOSS 2007 released. I have copied the dll in _app_bin folder of my web site (e:\Inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\80\_app_bin), copied the safecontrol line in my web.config (E:\Inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\80\web.config), make a iisreset, and i cannot see any new web part available on my site ! Have you any idea ? Thanks Fred

I have installed it on our WSS 3.0 server through the solution package (much easier!) and it works OK except if you try to display a column which is of type "Rich Text" or "Enhanced rich text" in which case the HTML code is displayed.

I have a similar problem to Fred; I have followed the instructions correctly but the new webpart is not available to select when populating the gallery.

I have it deployed, but it blows up (generally with unable to cast <stuff> to <stuff> errors) on anything that has a lookup column, or just plain obj ref not set to instance of object on any task/calendar type list. I thought the lookup column problem was supposed to be fixed in this version? Am I doing something wrong in the install?

I'm having the same problem as Fred and Andy. The new web part is not available. I think the dwp file is missing from the zipped files.

Oops, I see this is a 2-part process that includes the zip file above PLUS there is a solution package to be deployed. I see the link above. I'll try deploying this package and see if it works.
