I'd love to do the quest, however I can't get it to load. It gets almost all the way (according to the little arrow sliding across the screen) but then hangs a couple of millimetres before the end. Also seem to have no luck finding out who to contact to help me. Very frustrating.

They are using flash for the sites. Maybe you need an update or something (www.flash.com). Or it could be some security setting in your browser.
I'm just guessing here, but maybe it's worth a try...

I've been having trouble as well, I get the picture of Tom Hanks up, but the rest of the screen is blank, and if I guess where the next button is, I get the puzzle, but no explanation of it.
