  • I am happy, just so happy

    I blogged about the fact I was running Server 2008 on my laptop with Hyper-V, until the latest release I was not able to run both Hyper-V and Virtual PC/Server on the same box, the box rebooted when I started a Vm in VPC/VS2005. I tried again (against my better judgement I thought), and to my surprise: It works... So now I can run my ''old'' VM's ...

    You can find more info Here: http://www.microsoft.com/systemcenter/scvmm/default.mspx In the next version Microsoft will support even VMWare and XEN. so it will be a nice thing to keep your eyes on.

    A colleague send me a link to a nice interview that talks about XEN, VMWare and Windows Server Virtualization. It is nice to read how things are working out and to see the vision of someone outside microsoft on the WSv thing. read it here.

    just before the weekend started, it is here, I can play with it, My day is made. I will have a hell of a weekend, because now I know on monday i do not have all day to play, I have to teach. but at least I will have the install to do on monday morning, and the rest of the week I can get in to the new version. I AM SO HAPPY
