Description Digital Architecture Design Day is a community driven event that will reveal the best ways of putting strategy into practice for information intensive, medium to large sized ecosystems that deal with a complex environment. Our goal is achieving sustainable change and coherent solutions by exchanging visions from global thought leaders, best practices, learnings and ideas. Digital Architecture Design Day is a one day conference festival incl. evening program and walking dinner: playground of creativity, innovation and hands-on experiences. People come for the insight, but stay for the networking and fun!

Peter Jansen (Info Support) and Joris Zomerdijk (BeFrank) will present "Architecture in service of the Business"

In 2013 BeFrank contracted Info Support to design and build an information system that would support realizing their business ambitions. Together we started a journey that would lead us through business growth, new products, changing laws, and even corporate mergers. We will show how we started with a classic on premise application but made our architecture adaptable using event driven architecture, micro services  and cloud technologies as time progressed.

Nico Nijenhuis invites you to his Privacy Escape Room

Staying alive by leaving an explosive room within 60 minutes. Cryptic instructions, keys, codes, boxes and other props will guide the team step by step. Riddles about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) must be unraveled as quickly as possible. But that can only be achieved by discovering hints, logical thinking and balancing between puzzling alone and working together. Afterwards we’ll look back at what we’ve done. So, an exciting activity combined with privacy awareness.

Note: This game is in Dutch and available for 9 persons max and this session is from 18.15 to 19.15 h.

Come to Raimond Brookman's Open Space

An “Open Space” is a great way to talk with new people about the topics you care about most and often brings new insights. There is no agenda up-front, the participants bring in, and decide on the topics to be discussed. During an Open Space, there are several parallel topics to be discussed, in short timeslots. So in essence, it is a mini-conference in itself. It is a productive and self-organizing way to share ideas and crack hard problems. So come to the Open Space to talk about the topics *you* care about!
