You will deep dive in the world of frontend. Ending up with hands-on knowledge which can be applied the very next day! The attendees will encounter tested and new possibilities of improving and speeding up frontend development, implementation and management. It will enable you to discuss and dive deep in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, a wide variety of frameworks, web development, communicating between the front- and backend and much more. These will be represented in the topics: Cool Coding, Backend for Frontend, New & Fancy and Methodology & Culture. Their goal is to share all available knowledge, ideas and know-how concerning the newest Frontend Technologies and innovations by staying on the cutting edge of both design and technology. At FrontMania Conference 2022 Hanno Embregts will give a session: Will Git Be Around Forever? A List of Possible Successors Ten years ago, only Linux kernel committers and other early adopters used Git. Almost everyone else used Subversion. Ten years later, Git is the most popular product. Which makes him wonder: what will we use another ten years from now? And what features would YOU want from your version control software in 2032? No history rewrites? Faster? No merge conflicts ever? In this talk he will discuss a few post-Git products, including Fossil, Plastic and Pijul, and their support for the features we so dearly desire. I'll also try to predict which one will be 'the top dog' in 2032. So attend this session if you're excited about the future of version control and if you want to have a shot at beating even (!) the early adopters.
