  1. Oh my! I thought pictures were meant to be help people in understanding complex situations …

    My advice is to keep all your diagrams simple. Do not try to model everything in (sequence) diagrams just because you can.

    The interaction diagram is only needed to communicate a complex situation. Normally, you would draw some interaction diagrams for some of the (scenario’s of) architecturally significant use cases.

    In these diagrams, I would only highlight the complex parts and leave out all unneccessary detail
