  1. RAD 7 is too slow. Working with RAD 7 is such a wasting of time and patience. Sometimes Websphere server will not start , anothertime it will not published. Its not advosable to develope big project where VSS and hibernate generally is used. For simple application, RAD 7 may be faster but not advisable for complexed application.

    Update to at least RAD 7.0.0.7. Double click on the server and set “Never publish automatically”, unset “Minimize resources copied to server”. This way, you can at lest modify jsps,js,css without restarting/republishsing the server. For modifications in java or config you still need to restart the server. This works only if you start the server in debug mode.
