Sometimes release dates come swooshing by so fast that I miss them. Silverlight 2.0 is one of them, appearantly Microsoft released it in the last few days. I don't know what is changed, but its there and I'm pretty sure I'm going to try it out in the next few days.

— Update:
Developers who are upgrading from beta 2 or RC0 versions of silverlight may notice that the RTM runtime doesnt install at all or leaves you with a non-functional installation of silverlight 2.0. The solution for this is to uninstall the old versions first, reboot and install the new version.
