  1. There’s an important comment on that page:

    "For complete Windows SharePoint Services SP2 functionality if you are using a Windows SharePoint Server Language Template Pack, you will need to install both of the following:

    Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 2 (this download)

    Windows SharePoint Services Language Template Pack Service Pack 2"

    –> Any customized site definition template sets may be compatible with SP2, but are outdated compared to the site definition template set they are based on. To get them in sync with the SP2-version of the site def. templateset, it’s possible the best idea to start over by copying an SP-version of the set and make all your customizations again. Sad, but true…
